Villa Rita
Entirely built in Sardinian granite, Villa Rita is composed of two apartments, suitable to receive up to 11 guests. The house is furnished with juniper wood and ceramics in typical Sardinian style. The garden is lush of plants and flowers typical of the Mediterranean scrub.
The property includes two covered parking spaces.

On the ground floor there are 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with showers, kitchen and living room. A wonderful porch surrounds the apartment: here you can sit on the couch and relax, or dine in front of the beautiful landscape.
Basement
The basement consists of entrance, 1 double bedroom, 2 bathrooms with showers, large living room with 3 sofa-beds, kitchen, and a further small single room. All the rooms have windows and ceiling fans.

The Garden
A fabulous private garden surrounds the villa. There is a beautiful gazebo with stone barbecue and a solarium terrace where you can enjoy fantastic sunsets. There are two showers made in granite with hot water.
