Villa Rita is located in the exclusive Resort "Li Cuncheddi", on a promontory overlooking the Gulf of Olbia called Capo Ceraso, that borders the Marine Protected Area of Tavolara. The resort is located in a small bay called "Cala Sos Passizzeddos". The equipped, private beach "Li Cuncheddi" is coarse sand and ocher yellow with white rocks that outcrop of its waters.



Within few minutes it's possible to reach many different beaches, such as Punta Istana, with its white sand and shallow water it's a paradise of colors; Marina Maria, a popular destination for windsurfers; Cala Brandinchi, called also Tahiti for its exotic look; and still others such as Lu Impostu, Porto Taverna, La Cinta.



You can find any kind of services in few kilometers: Murta Maria is only 2 km away, Olbia 10 km, San Teodoro 20 km, and Porto Rotondo 40 km. Especially in the latter two locations there is a rich nightlife, with restaurants, music clubs, discos, flea markets and shops opened till late at night.

There are also places of historical and cultural interest such as Tomba di giganti de Su Monte e S’Abe e Castello Pedres, that constitute one of the most important medieval sites of Sardinia.

Moreover it's possible to join guided tours on Tavolara and the other islands of the arcipelago, to discover the natural wonders of the Marine Protected Area.
